How does one determine whether someone is over or a draw when they've never held the world title before? You can't say Kennedy is a better draw when he hasn't held the world title either.

CM Punk won the MITB because Hardy was suspended? They could have given the shot to MVP, Jericho, Morrison, Kennedy or Benjamin instead of Punk but they didn't. Obviously they see something special in Punk, otherwise he would have been jobbed out and dropped off at TNA's doorstep.

If it makes you feel better, that belt Punk is wearing has been officially acknowledged by the WWE, as of Sept 07, as the same title that was held in such esteem by men like David Arquette and Vince Russo.
