CM Punk marks can pledge their allegiance here as well. This thread is stupid. The Rock was booked as the people’s champion, the most electrifying man in entertainment, the jabroni beating, pie eating, blah, blah, blah. Meanwhile Punk was never booked correctly his entire career. If you Rock marks really need your opinions validated so badly, why not create a Rock vs Santino thread as well, or Rock vs Khali? In fact, a more appropriate comparison might be Rock/Kelly Kelly – they’re both divas and I’m sure they’ve both blown Vince a time or two to get where they're at.

Nobody can say the Rock is not that good, every true wrestling fan has to love what the Rock used to do in his prime, I don't have anything against The Rock and as I said I'm a big fan of him..

My problem is completely with him getting what younger talents deserve more than him..
Kofi Kingston has never got a one on one world title match in his entire career, while The Rock (who wrestled just 1 time in the last 9 years) gets one easily without even having to win a no 1 contender match...

That's why I don't like the current Rock, I have fun watching him ..yes, but still...him walking out of the RR as champion is a mistake..

That's to far. While The Rock was booked like that, it's because he could play the role well. Comparing him to the Great Khali, someone who can't even cut a promo worth shit is illogical and pointless. Santino can actually wrestle very good, but his gimmick sucks, so that would actually be a legitimate thread. And don't ever insult anybody by saying they are comparable with Kelly Kelly, hate The Rock or love him, he was a great mic worker and worked the crowd. It was natural, it first showed in the Nation of Domination on how he could work the crowd, Vince was smart enough to use him. I'm not a huge Rock fan, and I'll take Punk's side on this and I prefer Punk over Rock, but Rock isn't no one special, he is great.

Ending the longest reign in the modern era will be a huge push for the one who does it, and it shouldn't be wasted on a part-timer who will get absolutely nothing from it..

Such push should be given to a full-time talent that needs it the most, and I couldn't think of anyone who deserves it more that Daniel

You guys think it is better for Punk to drop the title to D-Bry than Rock? Come on noobs... I love the guy but he isn't adding instant prestige to that title like the Rock does in 2013. Punk dropping the title to Rock after a 15 month reign is literally the ideal scenario for any WWE Champion, and yet you ungrateful pricks are complaining about it. Punk has already gotten more than he deserves.
