I can't go past Man United. They were strong last season even without a few star players and this offseason they have bought some more good players so I think they can do it again.
Hoping QPR can at least survive relegation.

As a United fan i can't say otherwise haha, 12 titles out of 19 premier league seasons isn't so bad. So United have bought some talented players without spending stupid amounts of money and we have plenty of talent coming off loan spells. With Chelsea they are in a transitional year, They need to let Villas-Boas settle in as the new manager...So maybe next year they can compete.
