I agree sort of. He's overrated I think mainly because he's not used. He's terrible on the mic and doesn't have like any charisma. But he's a fantastic wrestler so would be great for the midcard, nothing more, nothing less.

... Really? The one thing the midcard needs is a personality and actual charisma/entertainment. Sure, both of them in the ring will equal a fantastic high quality wrestling encounter, but I'd probably rather listen to a 10 minute Vickie Guerrero promo than any of those two.

A good technical wrestling match will not get you over as much as a solid promo.

Cesaro isn't too bad, he hasn't even had many promos aside from the '5 different language' bullshit. I think he could be good. At least I hope so, I like him, he's fun to watch and hilarious on twitter.

I think if Swagger gets the right type of manager to speak for him during promos, then he would make a good champion, would like to see Cesaro vs Swagger though, it would still be a pretty good match.

I think a serious, face Swagger would actually be entertaining, especially if he's "defending the honor" of the US Title against the evil foreigner Cesaro.

The fact that they're matches would have the potential to be extremely high-quality is just an added bonus.
