Upload speed tends to flux between that and 20, this was a bad day. And this is not via my college but my apartment management service. I could get up to a 1000 down if I wanted to pay extra for it but I have no need of it.

Our government decided the entire country should have fiber optics so now the entire country except the far far north that isn't populated has it.
