As heard on Live Audio Wrestling Batista had already notified management of needing surgery and having it scheduled for Tuesday. It could indicate that Batista is only going to have a 1 day title reign and was only given the title to swerve the internet crowd. Who he is going to drop the title to on Raw is questionable as they believe it should be Orton but could see another swerve with a
possible return of Triple H.
