WWE in Wrigley Field made me seriously LOL HARD. I live in Chicago and this is one of the shittiest baseball stadiums I have ever seen. Sure, history is one thing, but looking past the history, you have everything else, and everything else is NOT a pretty sight.

I've never been to Chicago let alone Wrigley Field so I'll take your word for it. Probably a better place for it I imagine in Chicago a better place would be Soldier Field.

Here are some other possibilities that come up to me for future Mania events.

Invesco Field- Denver
Qualcomm Stadium- San Diego
Edward Jones Dome- St. Louis
Metrodome- Minneapolis

Soldier Field is actually pretty nice. They renovated it a couple years back, looks really awesome. It would be a cool site for Mania, right along Lake Michigan and all.

Mania was great at the Allstate Arena, but Wrigley Field is too odd to have something like a wrestling event. I live in Chicago too, good friends with XBA actually, and I went to the Winter Classic Hockey Game at Wrigley Field last year. That was a memorable event, something that only happens in your city probably once. Wrestlemania is meant for an arena, or a place that holds a shit load of people. Wrigley Field is nice and historic, but to be honest, I don't think it would be such a great of a place to see Wrestlemania. I'd still attend and would fucking have the time of my life, just realistically, its not all there.

Well Wrestlemania 28 is apparently in Toronoto. A few months back the Rogers Centre (home of WM 6 & 18) was closed up and only staff were in testing several systems and the logo that came up on the screen several staff members later reported was a Wrestlemania Logo with the year 2012 printed underneath.

This caused some digging by local wrestling news site Live Audio Wrestling and although they were not able to 100% confirm it sounds as if it may in fact be already a done deal as part of an agreement for when the city hosted WM18. Time will tell though.

As for 29. Vancouver has officially put in a bid for 2013's Wrestlemania. They timed there bid request with the Winter Olympics, and fortunatly as most media outlets reported Vancouver was in the top 2 if not the top city ever for just pure excitement and energy from the public for Olympic history. So Vancouvers bid basically included a statement of "how can you not want to be a part of this" The person in charge of the bid for the city is the same person that convinced the Province of British Columbia to allow a trial UFC event which is coming in the next year and should it be sucsessful they will lift the ban on MMA in BC. They are also calling themselves the 2nd City of Canada. 2nd City to host a Winter Olympics, 2nd City to host a UFC event and hopefully the 2nd City to host a Wrestlemania in Canada.

The one thing they are worried about is he has also heard from his sources that Toronto is pretty much a lock for 28. And they are worried that WWE may not want to run Canada for back to back Wrestlemania's, however they are hoping that WWE realizes that it won't effect sales because they have already proven people will travel to Vancouver for big events, and that people will travel for Wrestlemania.

This time if WM is in Toronto I am not missing out again. I'd much rather them bring it to Montreal because it is closer but the Bell Center isn't anywhere near big enough to hold the show and the idea of them bringing it to Ottawa is just laughable.

Although I am against Wrigley Field, I would definitely like to see Mania back in baseball fields. I saw X8 and XIX and those were amazing. I am pissed I wasn't watching during X7. The new Yankee Stadium would make a pretty sweet location for Mania.

I am anxiously awaiting the Winter Classic to come to Yankee Stadium too.

Being at WM18 was pretty sick, but I didn't think Safe Co field would look so nice until I got there. Once I walked inside I was in awe.

Indoor Baseball Stadiums >>>>>> Outdoors (don't ask me why)

^^
Safeco Field was WM19 if I remember right

Anways, what about Raymond James Stadium- Tampa
Tampa is home to their FCW minor league promotion and thus would be a good way of promoting that organization.

Well maybe I'll see you there if they do. My wife and I have pretty much agreed that we are going to try and go again.

That place is way to small to hold a Wrestlemania these days. I wouldn't mind seeing another Wrestlemania in Vegas again, ( the best place for it there would be The MGM Grand Garden Arena) but the wwe is just bent on holding it in 75,000 seat stadiums now.

The AlamoDome- they got 63,000+ in there for the 1997 Rumble, they could get 70,000+ easy in there for Mani

Wimbley Stadium- they could bill Mania as the largest, truly international sporting event or something like that

Dallas Cowboys Stadium- obviously the best arena going today. Why not?

Some fucking awesome, historical baseball or football field like Soldier Field or Dolphin Stadium or something of the sort.

Alamodone- I remember that Royal Rumble there where Austin was thrown out but the refs didnt catch it and he went back in and won it. Good place for Mania for sure.

Wembley Stadium- I would love to see it go to London because the UK fans are awesome wrestling fans and they dont get to see as much lives shows over there as we do in the states and as I said in an earlier post they would go nutz if Mania came to their Country. They Definitely should bill it as a International Mania if it happens.

Dallas Cowboys Stadium- Wrestlemania will be there one day, bet on it.

Historical Baseball or Football Stadium- I did mention Wrigley Field earlier but thats getting a thumbs down for most people but your two football stadiums are good venues for Mania.

Another historic Football venue could be
Rose Bowl- Pasadena,CA:
Of course it hosts the Rose Bowl New Year's Day and has hosted many Super Bowls and the 1994 Soccer World Cup Final. It used to hold 100,000+ but now I think it holds 90,000+ but would still be a huge stadium to hold the biggest wrestling event of the year at.

Azteca Stadium- I thought about that one to, but with the AAA organization down there and the political climate in your country, I can't see the wwe bringing their biggest event of the year down there. Now maybe I can see them having a show their during a world tour.

Ford Field- Already hosted WM 23, I wouldn't bring it there for a while

Philadelphia- Lincoln Financial Field where the Philadelphia Eagles play would be a sweet spot for mania.
