My first thought is there is no way that can be allowed to make the WM card. If they do feud I hope it is mainly short backstage interviews rather than actual matches because I don't know who would be able to carry who here.

Id like to see the US Title rematch and Zack regaining the title at WrestleMania would make up for all the shittyness he has had to endure, would be a great way to stick it to eve storyline wise also.

Well there really are no other good options to face Swagger for the US title so it wouldn't surprise me if Ryder got another title shot. Maybe Teddy Long will book that match since he is in charge of RAW this week.
