Professional Wrestling should not be aimed directly at kids, period. Pro wrestling needs to be aimed at adults. If kids want to watch something entertaining, watch Nickelodeon even though that has gone to the shits as well. TV is starting to suck because of little kids and their stupid sense of humor

Looks like the WWE blew their load with DVD's this year. I mean we had SCSA, HHH, Ric Flair, Hardy Boyz, The Rock, Edge and some other good ones I can't remember are coming also. If that is what they're giving us next year then I'm guessing it'll be a slow year for WWE DVD sales.

Definitely looking forward to the Steamboat one.

I would guess they would have to include the Savage/WM III match; it's virtually historic and loved by so many wrestlers over the years. It'd be an injustice to not include it. I'm sure a little back story too? Savage's attack with the bell. How about his feud with Muraco and the infamous hanging incident. Or his feud with Jake the Snake Roberts and their "Snake Pit" matches.

Beyond that, and save the occasional technical match (ie, like the Bret Hart one on Bret's DVD), I'd like to see a lot of Steamboat from NWA/WCW.

And since E own the library now, they could start off with his '89 title matches with Flair: Chi-Town Rumble, Clash of Champions, and Wrestle War. Some of his many tag title matches with Jay Youngblood. His feud with Wahoo McDaniel. His last WCW stints as tag partner to Dustin Rhodes and Shane Douglas. (Steamboat/Douglas vs. Hollywood Blondes; GOLD!)

There are more than enough matches from Steamboat over the years to fill a DVD chock full of 4 and 5 star matches. (On MY scale, anyway.)

Finally, some testimonials for Steamboat the man, as he is pretty well thought of among many in the wrestling business, even if not for his matches, for the type of man he is.

(Am I showing my age, seeing as I grew up on Steamboat wrestling? lol)

didn't they already do a Andre the giant story?

none of these looks too good. million dollar man would be nice to have. im not much of a fan of the anthologies because they are always way to much for me.

the best 1 on these is no doubt Ricky the dragon steambot. and the 10 year smackdown anniversary DVD could be good.

I want them to make a Chris Jericho DVD.

I'm not interested in any of them really. The Survivor Series one would be alright but it'd cost heaps probably and I might check out the WCW one but other than that, nothing special.

The Survivor Series and WCW DVD's look real good, but the one I really want to see is the Steamboat one. Steamboat was awesome, especially considereing the time that he wrestled in. I would get that DVD so fast.

That's fantastic, a DVD for kids!!!

I'm afraid to say this but I love Wrestling 3D animated cartoons aren't they cool? Hope they can have a cartoons DVD come out something different with John Cena as the superhero and Khali as the bad guy, that would be great.

Another one is the Survivor Series Anthology, it should be exciting. Why are they releasing Smackdown 10th Anniversary? RAW's 15th Anniversary sucked and what should we expect from this one?

The best WWE DVDs have been The Undertaker, Mick Foley, Ric Flair & HHH anthologies. Why? Because they've had long careers that warrent it.

I won't be buying the Batista, John Cena or Rey Mysterio DVDs because they'll be dated within a year. When they get to the end of their careers I'll consider it. Theres so many good ex-wrestlers who warrant DVDs before the new ones.

Why is there not a good anthology for The Rock, Chris Jericho, William Regal, Kane or Edge & Christian as a tag team? A divas DVD that focused on the wrestling would be good as well.

The only one I'd consider is the Survivor Series Anthology but it's have to be priced right. I'm not paying over £100 for the set.

Probably because anthologies contain like 500 matches lol. But you're right anthologies are amazing, but they're so damn expensive. Hopefully I can find it somewhere used cheaper.
