He has been Universal champion for longer though, so I don't think it's bad he can still take the fall for the title he has been holding for 2 years later on.

Nah, I really gotta disagree here. Winning by cheating or not, someone still needs to actually BEAT Roman. Like he has to be the one pinned, or whatever. With how long the run has been, the only way to get the rub from it is beating him, not pinning someone else in the match and winning the titles.
