Lashley gets alot of shit, some of it deserved, some of it not so much. As a talker, he's like nails on a chalkboard, as a wrestler, he's not horrible, but he definetly needs a few more years work.

Most importantly though, he needs to not be (as sp once said) generic big man #54321. He needs some personality.

hes got potential. plus he wore the fabo glasses on ECW with a suite, That was pretty damn funny.

7/10.... Seriously. The potential to be a great wrestler is there (His fued last year with Finlay last year showed that) he sucks on the mic, but he really doesn't need to be great on the mic. Charisma is not about being a good speaker alone, the way he carries himself, the way he acts towards the fans that's natural charisma. Would he be bette with someone as his mouthpiece? YES, does he need one, not really.

I can't blame Lashley for much, I'm pretty sure he didn't go to Vince and ask to be pushed to the moon. If he gets a chance to feud wtih who can wrestle he'll improve a lot. I want to like Lashley, but the WWE needs to put him in feuds that will help in the long run.

6.5/10 Decent guy on SD! but ECW showcases his struggle to try and be good on the mic, it doens't work, plus he is getting the Austin treatment, trying to become a main superstar just for fueding against the boss.

8/10 I actually like Bobby Lashley, he has potential to be the best in the business, yes I do realise that he needs to work on his mic skills a bit but other then that he is a big guy, and he could unleash quite a few powerhouse moves which always go over with the fans when someone gets powerbombed... not as a finisher but just a normal move. Hopefully when he loses again to Vince, Umaga & Shane, Vince finds something better to do with him. To be honost I would love to see him come over to RAW and challenge John Cena for the belt. Maybe a draft is needed, or Vince could call a truce with Lashley and give him a title match elsewhere. Lashley needs to be heel, all big guys like him get over with the fans if they are heel.

8/10 He didn't need the push the WWE gave him on WWECW, but rumor has it WWE originally wanted Bob Sapp to win the ECW World Title! But that's a story for another time! Lashley has potential for sure, needs to give better promos though.
