IMO you should have second person help you, It's a lot to handle alone you're probably realizing, if you need help i can be an option.

^ It really isn't a lot to handle it is just a pain when you ask people if they will commit and then they don't but that is how a lot of people are these days. He seems like a smart dude who can handle this but I would get frustrated too when people keep backing out letting down others.
