I'm on my phone and am too lazy to link stuff but if upcoming leaks are to be trusted apparently we're getting Alolan forms of Ekans and Arbok...

...and they're going to be Fighting type. Fighting type snakes. Also they're gonna be exclusive to Sun, Alolan Sandshrew/Sandslash are gonna be Moon exclusives. So help me if Alolan Meowth is Sun exclusive. I doubt it though, I'd imagine the new Dark/Ghost forms are going to be exclusive to Moon.

Agreed..
Also a lot of these mons are pretty bad too (Arbok, Exeggutor, Marowak), so it's cool that they're getting a makeover and probably (hopefully!) stat boosts. I really like Dragon Exeggutor and Fire/Ghost Marowak especially. Fairy/Ice Ninetales is badass too.

The first images from CoroCoro have leaked and have revealed the latest news on Sun & Moon. As always, do note that translations are preliminary while we work on them.
The name of the Pokémon Rockruff evolves into is Lugarugan and has a different appearance based on if it evolves in Day or in Night. It notes that Rockruff becomes the Midday Form when bathed in the rays of the sun and when full of the night's power, it becomes the Midnight Form. No types or further details have been given
There are also two Ultra Beasts called UB02, UB02 Beauty and UB02 Expansion.
In the scan, it shows UB02 Expansion appearing in Pokémon Sun, facing off against Tapu Koko and UB02 Beauty facing off against Tapu Koko in Pokémon Moon.
It also states that UB01's name is a mystery but may have a deep meaning
It also reveals that it will show the true strength of the new Pokémon, Type: Null

I like the two forms of Rockruff almost like Espeon and Umbreon except one evolution.

Also I'm curious what Ultra-beasts will be like. Are they counted as Pokemon? Can we catch them and force to be our friends in Slavery?
