Assuming that's $60 Canadian, that's cheaper than you can buy it online at most places.

I can't really speak for or against B/W though, I only made it two or three gyms in before my DS was broken, so I didn't get to see very much of it. Heard a lot of mixed reviews of the gen as a whole though, so I'm probably not the best person to answer whether that's worth it.

Yeah, there was a lot of mixed reactions from the Pokemon designs to the linear-ness of the game. At the same time though, I just want to play...

This is nuts.... this is just absolutely crazy. This is what Pokemon Go does to people.

That's in Taiwan, it was reported that a Snorlax was in the area, and that's what it caused. That looks like people running from some kind of disaster or shooting... or something... but it's people chasing after a virtual Pokemon on a smartphone game.
