And I am going to try to EV train an Eevee again for a Sylveon, this time I am going to breed it. I already have Eevees with wish and the nature I want (calm to be a special wall) all I need is a hidden ability Eevee to get Pixelate...

For my Sylveon in Omega Ruby I want to train, I am thinking about going with a "relaxed nature" one that I have with decent IVs in Def to make a bulky set.

Possible move-set:

Hyper Voice (Pixilate ftw)
Toxic
Wish
Protect

I am going max defense and hp with a bit in sp.attack (I will try)

Also, why Sylveon again? Because I want one for Omega Ruby and the other one was more of a practice run.

Yeah, Sylveon already has so much SpDef it doesn't even need +SpDef Nature or investment to tank hits. You can try Calm Mind over Toxic. You'll be bulky as hell but can also still be a threat and dish out huge hits.

Hmm, sounds good. I can maybe make a Swampert later on (since I chose Mudkip from the start :3) and that can function more for Scalding, poisioning and eqing people to death.
