It gets steam eruption. 110BP w/ 30% chance to burn. Not to mention coverage with earth power, solar beam, sludge bomb, stone edge.

True, though Steam Eruption only gets 8 pp. So it's not as spam able as Scald. And it's kinda slow. That said its bulky as hell, could see an Assault Vest set working well.
