If we would do a draft league, then what would we do for a format? Similar with the OU, UU, RU, and NU format? Or would we go with a tier system like some other leagues like the WBE or GBA? Also what about Z-Moves?

Also, there are some Pokemon which are kind of too broken for the draft league format like Tapu Lele and Greninka with Protean or Battle Bond.

Lele is fine, Greninja is okay with Battle Bond, not Protean.

Most leagues I see have Lele banned and Battle Bond Greninja I kind of think is a bit broken. With one kill, it goes to a base 132 speed and its attacking stats are through the roof and when you have limited options, it really is hard to prep for, same with Tapu Lele.

Lele would be banned before Greninja too. Smogon put it back in OU for a reason.

The only reason why I am bringing this up is the fact that in a draft league, the limited options you have may make certain Pokemon with deep move-pools even harder to prepare for, but in the end, I'd join anyway, so whatevs.

Probably yeah.
I'd love to take the Wolfe Glick approach in WBE and draft that rain team, but I just don't enjoy those pokemon. He's running through that league though.
