Plush Kitty is a SCAM

Just saw an ad for this on my bfs TikTok. It's a scam.

Plush Kitty Website (do not buy, it's a scam!)

Note the banner at the top proclaming "FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS ON ALL ORDERS"

also the other banner which reads "50% OFF ON ALL REMAINING STOCK"

now let's go to the refund/shipping policy page....

"Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards"

Every single item on the website is a "sale item". In other words the don't do returns period. Even though they state they do.

And why would you need a refund?

Because this is what is advertised...

So yeah. Don't get scammed like I did.

I mean, the plush is derpy but still cute, but that is so false advertising.

Also, while I doubt it'd be worth it, if there is an advertising of "Yes refunds" then they say that when it wasn't clearly advertised as an exception, then there could technically be a suit.

It's registered through an intermediatary based in Canada. I tried doxing the person behind it but had no luck. If anyone wants to try feel free.

And yeah it's 100% a scam. They create a new website with a new name every few months. Same layout. Same everything.

I even contacted the website hosts but they didn't do anything.

But one day I will find the person responsible for scamming me. And there will be blood. P***s blood. And lots of it.
