OMG, I'm watching SVU as we type! I love it. I know there's an SVU thread, but I haven't gotten to the most recent season yet and I know some major stuff happens. So, I'm avoiding it until I keep up, lol. I'm not watching every episode, only the ones that sound interesting in the summary, which is a hit or miss sometimes, but whatever, I really don't want to have to watch every single episode, lmao.

There have been people that cut other people's heads off, there have been people that rape babies, there have been people that kill their children in front of their families, and the list goes on and on. Everyday something shitty and terrible will happen, it's always gonna happen. To every light there is a shadow. Not everybody is like that though, but focusing on these negatives will make you believe so. There will always be something disturbing happening, it's a sad fact. We have to move away from that though, not focus on it, and instead focus on trying to make the people around us happy. Telling everybody this kind of stuff doesn't exactly bring a day full of sunshine.
