Nah otherwise scum would’ve been completely fucked because they had no roles that could actually be claimed other than miller and vt lol, I gave them a couple fringe roles that they could claim (which still weren’t good claims) just to give a bit of flexibility

also loads of people give fake roles if scum don’t already have roles they can claim lol, not sure where this came from

I'm confused by this as well. I've played so many games with full fakes. I only started giving them after being talked into it.

I've done that as well. Though, I occasionally still get scum wanting a role that isn't theirs.

That's also because Tracker/watchers etc become so poeable now.

But that tends to mean most scum members have multiple roles which can make them more powerful as well and if you’re giving scum a claimable role then it’s fair to say they know those roles aren’t in the game and probably nothing too similar or whatever so that problem of them knowing what’s not in the game is gonna exist regardless of what happens. Only way to stop that is to ban role claiming

The mix for me is some scum get claimable shit, and some have to fake

It shouldnt be a case where all members of a team have a claimable role lined up from the first post. Town should be rewarded for finding scum quickly
