I never said those 3 were alliances. I said Raw after the brand split, kept the titles they had all the TLC wars over, and they promoted alliances going after the belts. Alliances are what the raw only brand got over and what the fans were groomed to accept for years on Raw and the WWF/World tag belts.
Sd was more traditional tag team oriented, but none of them ever got as popular as the raw alliances, and when they tried moving those teams over, the teams and division failed
