Outlaw Mudshow [GCW] - June Event #6 Results
Sometimes a name for a show can't be anymore fitting, as we find ourselves as a field coming to an end to this Grand Prix this weekend. Our penultimate event was an incredibly tight affair with a large number in the field making very similar predictions, although like any mud-show there is always a large amount of guess work involved. The difference surprisingly on this event was Nick Gage - with a prediction against him changing the whole outcome of the event. Due, to someone predicting for Nick Gage to lose we actually finished the event with three people tied in first position. Below is some information regarding the rules surrounding the WPC Grand Prix Event Championship:
- everyone is eligible to win the belt - irrespective of how many times they have taken part in the WPC
- if more than two people are tied in 1st place - the belt is vacated
- the challenger has the advantage part one - if two predictor are tied for 1st, the champion loses the tie
-the challenger has the advantage part two - if two predictor are tied for 1st (and the champion is not present in the tie) - then the lowest ranked predictor wins the tie
Following these rules the WPC Grand Prix Event Championship is vacated. Below is the complete scores from the event:

The results from the show have resulted in the Overall Standing being effected somewhat, ahead of our finale at Hell in a Cell. Jimmy King benefitted most of our first place finishers, and pushed himself up from Tied 9th to Tied 4th with Juice although realistically the now the differential that the pair share is very much below the expected cutoff line. Smark and Lethal both finished with the same score, meaning that Lethal currently has the benefit of one win more than Smark. However, HoHo went 4-4 for this event which has resulted in Lethal Banks now sitting in joint first position. As it stands the April Cup winner and May Cup winner are neck and neck going into the final event of the month.
