Actually, the more I think about this, this is what I think will happen;

Cena will use his rematch clause tonight and beat Edge for the World title. Orton will then challenge Cena at Wrestlemania. Edge will go back to SD and invoke his rematch clause against Triple H for the WWE title at Mania.

There is really no need to have people switching brands a month away from the biggest show of the year. Nor is there any reason to do heel vs heels, triple threats, or matches we have seen a billion times before.

There is still a good possibility we will get the expected main events. They just did it in a round about way.

Ok, has anyone missed the couples factor in this situation?

You know: The Champions and their Mates
Edge and Miss. Guerrero & HHH and Mrs. McMahon

Other factors include...
Orton (RAW #1 Contender)
Jeff Hardy (SD #1 Contender)

Also in the mix... (and worthy Contenders in line in some way)
Undertaker
Rey
Cena
The Russian
(That's two from SD and two from RAW along with the #1 Contenders)

Synopsis = The Possibilities:
1 - They will possibly have both champions on RAW to settle the situation forgoing the entire roster split issue at least for a brief moment to increase ratings.

2 - They will then at some point eliminate some of the other competitors in #1 contenders matches OR create a situation to have another huge multi man match at WM25.

3 - Vince will show back up to stir up things even more and possibly bring back Shane as well.

4 - Kofi will come back into the mix somehow as a knight in shining armor only to not end up in the main event situation depending on how the fans react to that entire scenario which also could create filler matches on RAW and SD leading into WM25 and even play a major part in the main event or someone losing a title.

5 - Matt and Jeff will definitely have at it at WM25 so that will take care of Matt and Jeff Hardy

6 - You also have Other factors that may come into play like Shawn Michaels and Jericho. Jericho will rumor and potentially have a match with Flair or Austin which removes him from anything in a main event and Shawn will possibly have another situation with JBL or now that it is near over, be drawn into the mix of things with the two major titles possibly joining with HHH as DX again which also brings in the Legacy factor again.

7 - As WM25 comes in, the final situation will evolve and facts will become realities and for sure we will know everything. But personally, I think we are looking at what is going to best get ratings and for the World Title, I see
Orton vs. Edge and possibly vs. Cena or even Rey as well in a fatal 4 way.

On SD, I see, Jeff vs. HHH vs. Undertaker vs. ??? (Go figure...may Jeff or Matt included) in another fatal four-way or mixed up match of some sort.

I honestly do not know and that is a good thing and for the first time in a long time, WWE has successfully brought back anticipation and hopefully they will not ruin it in the end. WWE is also in the rebuilding phase which is a good thing and by that I mean rebuilding new stars to take over as the others age.

Quite possibly the worst scenario ever. Edge winning the title last night only to lose it tonight and go back to SD would make everything that happened at No Way Out completely and utterly pointless. Then again, most of the stuff they have been doing...meh, forget it. >_>

It isn't necessarily the worst scenario. If they pull it off right. Lets say Orton comes out to start Raw and is set to make his selection. It should be an easy choice for Orton. He will go up against Edge. There is no way Orton would voluntarily pick HHH.

Orton chooses the World Title because he feels like he matches up well against Edge. Stephanie comes out with a contract, Orton signs. Then Steph says that Cena decided to cash in his rematch clause tonight.

During the match, Shane and Steph help Cena win. Cena will now be the man that they plan on using to take out Orton.

Edge all pissed off, goes back to SD and uses his rematch clause to cash in on HHH.

Honestly, anything that leads to Orton/Cena and HHH/Edge, is better than any combination of Orton/HHH again, Cena/Edge again, or some randomly thrown together triple threat match.

Well, Cena has a rematch clause.
in cena's gay voice: WHY THE WAIT, I'M SURE EVERYONE IN THIS BUILDING WANTS TO SEE IT HAPPEN RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW, LETS DO THIS *takes off shirt, walks around the ring faking an angry facial expression*.

then he can lose and say goodbye to the rematch clause.

LOL. Have we seen this before? I'm guessing this will be the exact thing that happens to start off Raw tonight.

I don't think Orton/Edge is even a possibility. First off as amazing as the match would be I don't think WWE would put on a heel vs. heel main event at Mania. I think this whole thing kinda boils down to HHH and Steph in a way. As I recall the reason HHH wanted to switch to Smackdown is because it allowed him to spend more time with Steph. Now that Stephanie is actually attending RAW on a weekly basis I'm sure HHH but in a bid to be there as well. And I'm pretty sure it's as cut and dry as that.

But back on topic...there really wouldn't be any ground to go on for Edge/Orton. At least they can work the angle of HHH defending his wife's honor against Orton.

Bit off the mark there.....

HHH was actually quoted as saying something like "Dispite it meaning me seeing LESS of my family I was ok with moving to SD as it was right for the company."

H & Steph got an on-screen divorce, so I think they'd at least need to 'get real', break a little more kayfaybe and have HHH more specifically protecting Steph as she's the mother of his kids.

My prefered outcome is still:

Cena/Orton
HHH/Edge

...And Steph needs to turn heel godddamn it!!!
