Kurt Angle made me want to legitimately kill Anderson for making him bleed with that dog tag. I marked when the troops were beating on him. You know a feud is good when you can turn an internet smark into a casual fan for a little bit lol

Seriously, this is the one time in god knows how long that I have actually gotten irl satisfaction from the face getting the inevitable revenge that Angle did when he finally busted his [Anderson's] ass open. Seriously, Angle has great feud after great feud, from Wolfe to Anderson, that should tell you something about how great he is. Anderson/Angle should certainly be a feud and match of the year candidates, it has truly been a great feud. The most intense and vicious feud since Orton/HHH.

So far, this is feud of the year. Had the feud gone longer, it would have been hard to top.

He's got some great lines in his promos, as he really always has. However his delivery comes off as very forced. Normally that's okay because his gimmick is basically just being a troll, but it makes it hard for the "golden" lines to stand out against everything else he says.

He's had great feuds from Wolfe to Anderson? Okay, I agree. But uh, those were his last two consecutive feuds. That's like saying that Elijah Burke has been on fire ever since February! True, but that's only two months. Let's not forget that before this Angle was in a forgettable program with Morgan (look at what it did(n't do) for Morgant), the clusterfuck of a feud with Sting, and the really awesome angle with the Angle Alliance vs Christian Coalition that sort of got fumbled into a series of face turns and heel turns, and really lost its epicness by shifting attention away from Cage and Styles, and onto Angle. It did lead to Angle's last great match in his LMS match with Styles, though.

I only say that to calm down the inevitable Angle circle jerk that I feel is about to happen. This feud has definitely been very good, and the only down sides to it should really be pinned on Anderson, not Angle. And even those things are minor, and probably only there because Anderson played a bigger role, so there are more things to be picky about. Again, I've yet to see their match at Lockdown though.

I think it was good enough for Anderson that he won that ladder match before Lockdown. I think that it was necessary for Angle to come out on top. At least Anderson gained some credibilty and wasn't squashed by Angle every time they encountered.

Yeah, but that's the only time he's been a face and truly been able to shine by putting over top heels. Before, he was always the heel and in the focus, the spotlight, etc. I just think now he's truly able to commit and has more leeway as to what can occur in these feuds now, since they're no longer the main focus, but are ironically outshining the rest of the roster and are probably much better than his main event feuds. And admittedly, his heel antics kinda got boring. Playing the "Best Wrestler in the World" and the "American Hero" face to the fullest is really what gets the crowd behind him and makes you care in his (recent) feuds. I dunno, I liked the Morgan one. Angle did a good job putting him over, I'd put the blame on TNA booking for fucking up the follow-up there. Same with Wolfe. :(
