Nah. Like Jericho or not, you needed a name like his, someone folks recognized as your first champion. Not sure to many other people they had signed at the time would do, and the ones who probably would’ve was EVPs and they surely don’t wanna go that route that early.

That’s fair, and understandable. Just was at the time the best choice they had. They could’ve had him lose it sooner tbh. But it is what it is. Sometimes the best choice you have won’t be the favorable choice

And that is fair as well, I just personally think a lot of people give Jericho a pass on things that if others did it, they would be up in arms about it, or well bitch about it on Twitter and reddit, and that bugs me more than it should. While, I may not have liked I do understand why because it did make sense and I have no problem with promotions doing things that I would dislike, since you can't please everyone. Though I still have a right to complain about it, lol.

Oh yeah, trust me, Jericho the person and the stuff he does, I’m not a fan of, 100%. But I try my best sometimes to not mix the two. I get that not everyone is like that and that’s totally acceptable. Some folks a lot of it’s more personal and everything. So I completely understand your view here
