15. Mr. Compress

At #15 we welcome the first of a couple my hero academia villains and to start us off we have from the league of villains Mr. Compress I enjoy alot of things about this guy even if he hadn't really gotten too much screen time and is a lackey. His look for one to me is really cool and hes mysterious and flashy and while not super strong he is a showman.​

14. Rize Kamshiro

Coming in at 14 we have Rize from Tokyo Ghoul though she is killed off quickly and her organs are used to save the MC she was a ghoul who tricked him and killed him. When he becomes a ghoul she ends up torturing him psychologically screaming at him to eat humans among a series of other things it puts the devil on your back phrase almost literal speaking of which number 13 will be similar.​

I really don't consider Rize a true baddie in my opinion. Yeah she tricked Ken Kaneki, but because of his new gifts he was able to become a stronger person by the end of Tokyo Ghoul: re. It wasn't without major bumps on the road though.

13. Parastyes

Number 13 we got the parasites of Parastye as a whole minus Magi & the other one as they are looking to overtake the world and the human race a great anime and no matter what they are always dangerous.​

12. Envy

Coming in at #12 we have Envy from Full Metal alchemist brotherhood. The sick twisted and arrogant envy was a main stay in the series and was as evil as they come killing Hughes as he transformed into his wife to do so one wonders the lengths he go but his true colors burned bright in the end we saw how insignificant he really was as Roy Mustang would go apeshit on his ass in one of the most satisfying retribution in anime history ​

Considering it's one of the few animes I've seen, I'm not mad at all about this list being Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood heavy

11. Yakumi Oomori

Some people like to watch the world burn then some people like to be the man holding a glass over a bug on a hot summer day. When you talk about cruel you talk about evil you talk about this man from Tokyo Ghoul never seen the anime? Go watch this video and it tells you everything you need to know bout this guy. I love the way he looks to he wears a suit and then has the jason mask with the bleach blonde hair it is pretty rad.​

10. Medusa Gorgon

Oh there is something to be said about Medusa here from Soul Eater as at first you met her and she seems sweet and a non menacing side character but oh boy does she have everyone fooled from using her own son/daughter as a literally weapon which in the confined to the show you wouldnt think its bad as they are all weapons but i mean like show no love to your kid lock them away in a dark room to literally try and drive them insane and do your bidding to turning a teacher in Stein agsinst his students and seducing him hsving him fall for you just to drive him mad and still the guy loves you to setting up the end of days you are a sinster mofo.

9. Tomura Shigaraki

Tomura is our number 9 here and as the leader of the League of Villains and All For One Successor Tomura is seen to be immature but is also deadly as they come a true villain wanting to take control he has a unique look and ome with that mask is beautiful and awesome ​

8. Cooler

At #8 I give you Cooler man what can I say bout him he has such a unique look and is clearly better then Frieza and King Cold the arrogant and cold Cooler gave Goku a run for his money and the moment you see that final form you know shit is going down

7. Kendo Rappa

#7 comes Kendo Rappa from My Hero and god damn I fell in love with him as a villian there is something to be said bout a bad guy with a moral code as they are lawful evil and Rappa lives for the fight the 1st half of season 4 of My Hero is so good and Rappa vs. Red Riot & Fat Gum was part of it the pure brutal strength from Rappa is awesome!​

I really fucking loved Cooler as a kid, idk why I just thought he was the coolest fucking villain ever. Cooler's Revenge is one of my favorite DBZ movies for sure, could have done without the sequel though

6. Cell

While not my fav villian in the series my fav being Buu but given how Fat Buu is my fav and turned good credit where credit is due and that is to our final dbz entry Cell. Cell's evil cause Gohan to go Super Saiyan 2 and everyone's usual fav arc in the series.​

Cell is odd to me bc I do fucks with him hard as a villain, but overall that Cell saga was a bit weak to me on a rewatch compared to Frieza and Buu, I just don't really blame that on Cell himself too much

Imperfect Cell was my favorite tbh, basically the whole Android Saga and imperfect Cell stuff I fucked with way more than once he started talking.
