it is , though. You have TWO restrictions on a vote. The second which you JUST told us about and haza never mentioned (he mentioned a "stupid pr" but barely even used it himself) and was still able to vote. not to mention, OMB made a post in thread about being killed if you dont pr. nothing about ur vote no counting. LIAR
