On that point Frieza survives anyway so if that were the case it'd be Buu as I believe he's the only non movie to die to the spirit bomb, Vegeta and Frieza both survive

He definitely kills a bunch of the movie characters on purpose, and kid buu he definitely means to kill (but wants him to reincarante I guess), but for the most part no. Oh yeah he is complicit in the death of Raditz too I guess
