At first The People of Earth would not listen to Vegeta or Goku, but when Hercule Satan asked them too they listened to him right away and all of Earth gave energy to Goku's Spirit Bomb. The Spirit Bomb destroyed Kid Buu and he ceased to exist. Majin Buu was an Antagonist now and survived this ordeal.

On that point Frieza survives anyway so if that were the case it'd be Buu as I believe he's the only non movie to die to the spirit bomb, Vegeta and Frieza both survive
