Title shot is a good idea seabs.
And for the draft, why would it be bad? Maybe it will be a chance to see Orton get defeated sometimes?

The draft I meant more from a kayfabe point of view why would you want one of the best wrestlers to be on your brand if you're a heel? Surely you'd want the worst ones so you can get closer to winning the world title.

Good point. I never thought of it like that. Suppose they couldn't have it face vs face all night though. The heels need an incentive to win.

All the winners get to compete in a over the top rope battle royal at the end of the night, winner getting a title shot?

I never understood why they didn't have who ever remains on the winning team gets a world title shot at the next PPV. At least there is some motive there. It's the same as those draft matches, say you're a heel why would you go all out to win then celebrate when say Orton gets drafted to your brand? It doesn't make sense as you'd want as little competition as possible surely.

Exactly. Things like that remind me it's fake which is something you don't want to be reminded of when watching.

On that side, I agree. I just misunderstood.

Okay, that's all well and good, but what happens to Elimination Chamber?

No, but No Way Out was traditionally the EC PPV event, as in, NWO (Haha, NWO) had the Elimination Chamber.

No Way Out is nice, but still seems like an Elimination Chamber gimmick.

Returns that would truly excite me:

It's a simple case of laziness on WWE's part. The matches are supposed to make the pay-per-view, not the other way around.

Armageddon for example:
-Six man hell in a cell
-Big show vs Lesnar stretcher match
-HHH v HBK 3 stages of hell
-Orton v Taker Hell in a Cell
-Kane v MVP Inferno Match

Come to think of it... it was the host to a lot of the more sadistic match types. Seems like a good way to label it again.

I love Armageddon. I really miss that PPV. I still like to play Armageddon on my WWE '12 game.
