lmao. Joke?

No?

He barely says anything and he's as over as he is, I thought that would be considered charismatic :pity:

I'm fairly sure you could have Hardy sit in the ring for two hours doing nothing but clapping and people would chant his name the whole time.

He is called the "Charismatic Enigma". :cole:

I agree with leojay saying Daniels WHC reign would be fantastic as he's at the top of his game right now (and Kazarian too). It's just that there's so many great main event players right now in the WHC mix, so you can't wrong with whomever you choose the champion.

People love Hardy because he's been around forever and does crazy shit. not because he has some awe inspiring presence

by your logic everyone who has ever been over is hella charismatic, and that obviously just isn't true.

Whoever gave him that nickname has a great sense of humor.

I guess you're right. I mean, Dbry is hell over now and he isn't charismatic (which I'm guessing someone is going to have a huge hissy fit at me for saying), but Hardy has been pretty damn over his entire career. Yeah, for the crazy shit he's done, but also because he is one strange mother fucker. He's just odd, and for some reason everyone likes him for it. That's why I see him as charismatic. But I'm wrong because lolnomicskillz

If Hardy wasn't doing batshit crazy spots his entire career nobody would give a fuck about him IMO.

I don't see how he could be as over as he was in his last run in WWE if it wasn't for charisma. He wasn't doing anything crazy then, he was just doing some awfully boring matches. Yet people cheered him to death. The last real crazy thing he did was in what, 07' when he leeped onto Orton? Yet he was much more over two years later when he was doing nothing crazy at all?

As I've said, you don't need to have mic skills to be charismatic. Just a persona which he has.

He had developed a hardcore fan base because of what he did when he was coming up. If you take that away and have him do the same shit he did late in his WWE run, he wouldn't have gotten the same reactions.

A fanbase full of what, 12 year old boys and girls who had only been watching wrestling for 1 or two years? Yeah seems pretty hardcore man :cole:

Whether you like it or not, his popularity with new fans is what got him over and winning world titles, not the "LOL AE IS BEST FUCK CZENA" fanbase.

Yea, 12 year old boys who started watching when Hardy was doing triple threat tag team TLC matches and by the time Hardy was being pushed in the ME in 2008-9 they were 20-21 years old.

How is this that hard to comprehend? A very small portion of people who watched the AE are in the 'LET'S GO BACK TO THE ATTITUDE ERA' crowd. The vocal minority are just that, a minority.

Wait wat. I mean kids who were 12 years old at the time of his ME status, not the other way around :haha:

Hardy at the time of his departure was massively over with kids (who obviously didn't get to see his actual crazy shit), not smarks.

They liked him for his persona, they probably didn't see his TLC matches. He was the most over guy in the WWE. His "hardcore fanbase" was a bunch of kids who had just started watching wrestling.

No way anyone who was a Jeff Hardy fan in 2009 hadn't seen his TLC matches. Come on son
