but I think him debuting to the aid of Punk would be more interesting.

Would also hold some depth to it already as they already have an established connection (Ohno mentioned this when he was feuding with Regal not too long ago saying that Ohno and Punk were like Regal's students back then). This storyline interests me more rather Ohno being another Heyman Guy or him being part of the Shield. Of course, that's just me relaying what I know what I've seen the past couple of months. Not sure if there's anything I need to know outside of that should influence my opinion otherwise.

-Rich history.
-Would be less predictable than, e.g., Ohno being a Heyman guy or Ohno joining The Shield.

Also, I feel it would be more interesting in general. If they are to do a handicap story with Punk the attention will mostly be on Punk and Ohno debuting in a stable with two established guys would take a lot of heat from his debut. On the other hand, if Ohno debuts to aid Punk, people will wonder who the heck this guy is and what he has against Heyman's group and/or to do with Punk. People would be all on Ohno and if the company officials really want him to make it big, I feel this would be the way to give him some heat quick fast.

Hmm, stable? I was thinking of them being more of a tag-team. A bit like Punk/Kingston. And since Punk is on the road to becoming face, I don't see how he'd have much heat at the moment since he's feuding with Heyman + his guys. I was thinking maybe something along the lines of a Heyman guy (was thinking just Lesnar, but Axel could fit in an attack or two somewhere) constantly beating on the straight edge man for weeks on end and Punk having to reach out to one of his 'close' friends to aid him (would also make sense since it doesn't seem like Punk has a close connection with anyone on the main roster currently anyway, but when does WWE delve into much continuity as such). Kind of like how AJ reached out to Big E (though not having any kind of indication they knew each other beforehand) and brought him to main roster. Though, I would hope Ohno would have more a lot more liberation on his character than Big E does.

Errr, I don't know if you read my post wrong or if I worded it wrong, but that's what I was thinking, haha. Yeah, what I had in mind was a tag team like you suggested after Ohno runs in to clean house or at least help Punk fight back the Heyman guys. I don't think I want continuous additions to both Heyman's group and Punk's team if that's what you thought I meant. That would lead to a more repetitive story than anything.

In short: I completely agree with you. lol

Oh, sorry! :dawg: It's like 8AM here and I haven't gotten any sleep yet, so excuse me, ahaha. Ah, yes, I wasn't sure by your wording of 'stable' since I mostly think of huge stables (i.e. NWO or Nexus) whenever I see the word.

ANYWAY, yes, I agree with out in terms of the tag-team as well as having more additions to either Heyman or Punk's team being possibly overbearing. The point of the feud is that both Punk and Heyman feel betrayed by the other and Heyman using Lesnar to satisfy his need of revenge. Adding +1 to Punk's side is more than enough and levels the playing field (since probably Heyman would use Axel in the feud somehow, though I'm not exactly sure on that since Axel has his own feuds to worry about attempting to defend the IC title).

Gah, but I digress. The more I delve into the subject, the more questions and loop holes I'm finding. :haha:

Ohno is one of the most talented guys down there and being reluctant to go to the gym well ofc he doesnt deserve his spot in WWE! Fire him now! He sucks because he doesnt like the gym!

I dont believe this is true, Look at Bray Wyatt, HHH is high on him with his shape. I just dont trust this report tbh.

Bray's character is completely different from Ohno's Bray's character is not based in athletics, but in the spoken word. Therefore Bray can be bigger (and Bray is still losing weight slowly and has done since starting the character). Ohno's character is based in athletic work and ring work, thus his physical look is very important. It is for Bray as well but Bray's look fits his character. Kassius current muffin top doesn't fit the Kassius Ohno character.

I guess but im still not sure about this report, I wouldnt think HHH would do something as drastic as this about it.

Seriously though, if he doesn't want to put in the hard work then he can fuck off.

Could this have anything to do with the backstage sexual/innapropriate incidents possibly somehow involving ohno? Maybe he had an experience that made him uncomfortable to be in the gym, and it seems like he is 100% everywhere else with no complaints. If he was like Steen (who i think AK quoted him/someone similar to saying they never work out) i could understand, but it appears the gym problems have been more recent.

This obviously didn't come out of nowhere. Ohno has been working for the WWE since 2012 and came in to the company in pretty good shape. Since then he has deteriorated. I don't think WWE's first choice of action was to pull him off TV. They have most likely talked with him multiple times and asked him/told him to hit the gym more.

And WWE is like any other sport. Unless you are a god like Messi or Gretzky, if you don't do what your trainer asks of you then you ain't getting playtime/ring time.

Ohno has said in interviews that he has never been a fan of hitting the gym and that he dodged it all the time when playing high school football. If it is because of physical insecurities over his look or something like that I don't know.

He did have a damn good look in 09 when he actually did hit the gym and dabbled some in steroids. So I think if he just committed to working out he would easily get a good look au natural. His entire physical build just says that if he worked out he would be decently ripped.
