Official TNA Lockdown PPV Discussion

Man I was pissed off when Hogan announced Team Hogan vs Team Flair cause I thought AJ was going to be on team Flair. Dinero vs Styles (if the build up is good) is enough for me to get the ppv. The leg injury for Dinero seems to be gone so that makes the match even better.

EDIT: Spelt "Discussion" wrong in the title. Someone fix that.

I also thought AJ was going to be on Team Flair as well, but I am glad they are still going through with AJ vs. Pope. That should make up for the shit main event at Destination X. Do you think TNA likes Pope enough to give him the belt? I sure hope so. They don't seem to be pushing Hernandez or Morgan into the main event and Joe is still kidnapped by TI, so there doesn't appear to be any other No. 1 Contender material wrestlers in TNA besides the obvious RVD and Hardy. I think that would be the only way Pope could lose is if TNA plans on giving Hardy or RVD the shot at Styles following Lockdown.

I want to see TNA's new 4 sided cage especially with the roof at Lethal Lockdown.

Well, before Hardy and RVD should up, I thought that Dinero would actually win the title at Lockdown. Abyss being added to the picture just makes it less likely with the way he's been pushed. I sure hope they put the title on Dinero though. He's mega over with the crowd. He's good in the ring, great on the mic, they can't let this time pass them by.

here's a question. With Hernandez out and Morgan still holding the tag team championship (why the fuck didn't they just have Beer Money win at Destination X?) what do you think will happen or what would you like to see happen with the TNA Tag Team Belts?

I'm very interested in this ppv. I'm pleased that Pope is in a big title match. If TNA does this right then WWE needs to take notice when it comes to younger and more athletic wrestlers.

Because The Guns are the #1 contenders. They are still heels/tweeners at the momment. Heel/Heel matches imo don't work out too well. Plus they prob didn't want to make Morgan look weak in having him lose and then the next night look tough in taking out Hernandez.

As far as the tag belts go, Morgan will either defend the titles himself (which I hope he doesn't do cause he'll make The Guns look weak) or Hogan will strip him of the title. Thus making him Morgan's enemy and he'll join Flair's team at Lockdown.

^^^I hope that happens. I like Matt Morgan and he's becoming a real star for TNA. If he does rise to the top that would make him homegrown since he wasn't much of anything in WWE.

So, Abyss has named Jarrett as his partner. Is it already in the bag assumed that the other two will be Hardy and RVD?

Pretty much. And I'll laugh like hell if the 5th guy is Lethal.

AJ looks fucking stupid in that poster. Way to make a dumb face.

I missed TNA last Monday, from the above posts Team Hogan has Abyss and Jarrett only? Who is on Team Flair?

I think Jarrett and Abyss are just the captains and Sting is the captain of Team Flair.

I missed IMPACT as well so I have no idea if they announced who is on each team or if they just named captains.

I dont buy Pope as a challenger. Sorry. TNA spent too much time doing nothing with him and wasting build up on Abyss.

Abyss is the captian of Team Hogan and they've recruited Jarrett so far. Team Flair has Sting as their Captian. He hasn't recruited anyone yet. Hogan and Flair ARE NOT wrestling.

As far as who else will be on the team I think it'll be...

Team Hogan: Abyss (c), Jarrett, Jeff Hardy, RVD, and either Homicide or EY.

Team Flair: Sting (c), Matt Morgan, Beer Money, Desmond Wolfe.
