I don't even know if Punk's in on it (at least in the storyline) so far as knowing what's coming. I think it's just Heyman setting it up behind the scenes (remember on Raw last week where he had the "privae discussion" with Maddox before his match with Ryback?). I don't know if he's setting up a stable or just creating havoc (and they're using it as a way to bring up an infusion of new talent).
I don't think there's a way to keep Ambrose, Rollins, or Reigns off the mic, considering you gave Brad Maddox a whole segment mainly to himself and his mic work is not as good as Ambrose's or Rollins'. Whether this is the beginning of the long-awaited Heyman stable or not, I have no idea (although it is interesting to me that Punk, Ambrose, and Rollins are all guys who made names for themselves before they came to WWE, OVW, FCW/NXT; not sure on Reigns' or Maddox's careers before they joined the "WWE Family"). Those three would definitely be "Heyman guys" by most definitions, though.
Just a thought. I don't have a damn clue where they're going with all of this, but it is very interesting and unpredictable.
And that's a good thing.
