Lance Storm mentioned on his site that it was actually an attitude backstage. It's also why Del Rio won the belt on Smackdown instead of the Rumble (he merely retained it there) because The Rock was already booked to win the WWE Title. How many PPVs have there been where both world titles (the ECW Title was pretty meaningless) have changed hands? Just Wrestlemania 21?
