I want to say yes, but since we and Nanorah are the only people picking Devon it'll give us an unfair advantage.

Devon attacked Park backstage and therefore won by countout. Park's kayfabe brother Abyss came out and won the TV Title from Devon.

It makes sense both ways since Abyss is really Park, but Devon defeated Park...
