You have to remember that Cena is still a megastar who makes tonnes of money, at the end of the day it's just business.

No matter how much people boo him, he'll always be that megastar. He'll always make that money. So he'll always be given these matches.

Dude gets boos and cheers like crazy, either way he is the big star who people are going to talk about and watch, even just to hope he loses.
