WM22 was different. I don't know whether WWE embraced it or didn't see it coming, but they made it work. They don't market Cena as "controversial" or "divisive" anymore; now as far as they're concerned, he's the face of the WWE universe and everyone loves him. Everything they have, they're putting toward Cena/Rock at WM28, and they won't distract from the push for that match by giving CM Punk a main-event spot and letting him get the crowd support against Cena. They'll put Punk in the MITB match I think.
