Anyway, Jerry Lawler constantly digging at Vickie completely contradicts this bullying campaign. This is embarrassing. King needs to retire. He is unbearable.

The bullying campaign only exists outside of the shows and is only talked about in-show when a heel bullies a face. When it's a face bullying a heel, it's okay. Thus, it's okay when Lawler does bullying and disrespectful things to Vickie.

By the way, my understanding is that the National Education Association pulled out of the anti-bullying campaign because of WWE's unwillingness to enforce it all-around with their shows and (face) superstars.
