Only thing I really, really dislike about some of these alternative bands is how whiny they sound.. and then when they try to "rage" and "scream" it sounds even wimpier... just my opinion.

Ok, after listening to that second song (that first song is good, too... just listened to it), I realize that I've heard of them before. That second song is one I used to listen to on some CD my brother used to own. I remember it was like the fifth track or something. There were a few other songs on the same CD that I used to play over and over again, though I'm obviously lost for memory what they were.

yeah, it seems like Chevelle is one of those bands that everyone's heard their material from somewhere but aren't that memorable.
