^ what a shame they got their first victory after breaking the record for worst start to an NBA Season lol.

Also, Iverson signs with the 76ers!!! Fucking awesome news, I thought if he was to be signed by anyone it would be later down the track but Williams of the 6ers got injured an their ticket sales have been crap so they brought AI back, first game is on Monday against the Nuggets and then against the Pistons which are his two former teams since leaving Philly. Hopefully he continues to start even when Williams returns.

Also, Kobe hits a 3 on the buzzer to beat the Miami Heat by 1 with Wade right in his face, was such a bullshit fucking shot!

AI was alright against the Nuggets. But that whole team looks like it's going nowhere. Brand is a hog, AI still thinks he's the MVP, and it should be Iggy's team.

but they're not as bad as the Nets. Dammit.

To be fair, he hadn't played in over a month, he had one training before having his first game back so he didn't do too badly. The sixers lead the entire game right until the 4th, the Nuggets began to hit their shots which got them the win and made it look like a raping which sucks.

Iverson didn't shoot it anywhere near as much as he used to, every shot he took could have went in tbh, Iguodala was pretty much the main man for them even if he didn't have as much hype. He had an awesome first half and hit a whole court shot at the half time buzzer but everyone knew it was after the buzzer but still it owned.

Wait till Iverson gets a few more trainings in him and he'll do better even though he played quite well imo. Brand was horrible, probably cost them the game, Thadeus Young is a pretty good player, hadn't even really heard of him until this game. He defended Melo well, Carmello only got 14 points throughout the whole game, until that game he had +20 points in every one of his 20 games.

Iverson didn't play horrible (or great either) but the team is nowhere close to a playoff team. They have no real "team" concept and are going nowhere fast.

^ definitely not looking like a playoff team right now but I still think if they picked their game up a little they could slip into the playoffs but not if they play how they did at the ed of the game against the Nuggets. If you saw the game the first half they played pretty well, Sammy Dalembert (or however you spell it) got about 6 blocks in the opening of the game, was beasty.

Yeah and with the East all you really need is 35-40 wins to be a 6 or 7 seed, but odds are they will match up with Orlando or Boston in the first round lol.

Pistons on the verge of winning their 5th straight. And they're doing this without Prince or Gordon. Some good news, Rip played in his first game since the opener, and he had 18 points.

Edit:Game just ended. 5 in a row.

and they could make it into the playoffs. that's depressing.

it could just be the Nets losing, but the NBA has really pissed me off lately. there's so much star treatment to LeBron and Wade. if it was the 80's/90's, they would get smacked. the refs are so trash, Donaghy doesn't look that bad now.

Pistons have had so many injuries this season I'm suprised theyve done as good as they have, Hamilton played one game before hurting his ankle and only just returned, Gordon also hurt his ankle and couldn't play through it, Prince hurt his back and has been out a while, Will Bynum also just hurt his ankle and Charlie V broke his nose but it playing through it. 5 games win streak it really what they needed, Stuckey is awesome, he and Ben Wallace are the reasons why the Pistons aren't doing what the Nets are doing tbh.

Edit: lol @ the Jazz breaking the Lakers winning streak and lol @ Kobe and his fractured finger :D
