They won't do much build up on Raw. Smackdown is when all the hype will be unleashed, especially with Ortons return.

Orton will do nothing until the rumble in my opinion, just like @[RKO] said.

We won't see much of Orton on Smackdown, but what we do see of him will be great and it will most likely be near the end of the show, leaving us thinking about the Rumble.
