That Cardiff thing is hilarious really. Changing shirt colours is going to make an ounce of difference because they're still going to be fucking Cardiff, not some worldwide draw.

Think about the Chelsea thing is that if they win the CL final no one will be complaining about those changes. Also you have to say it was still a long shot them making top four even if they had beat Liverpool, they would be relying on three teams to slip up. I can understand why he did it.

Yes nobody would care that they lost to Liverpool if Chelsea win the Champions League, but they can't just put all their eggs into one basket. They're playing Bayern Munich AT Munich, and whether or not they think they can win, they still needed to try to make the Top 4 by beating Liverpool and Blackburn. They were always still a possibility, and if they beat Liverpool than they would've been the big winners out of the four teams fighting for 3rd and 4th spot.

Yes they would still need teams to slip up, but they wouldn't be the only ones. Man Utd are hoping Man City slip up, Tottenham are hoping we slip up, Newcastle are hoping both us and Tottenham slip up. Beating Liverpool would've meant Chelsea would still be in the running, but now they'll finish sixth and I bet they'll lose at Munich.

Di Matteo said when he was first appointed that he would need to WIN the FA Cup, WIN The Champions League AND get Chelsea into the Top 4 to even have a chance at keeping the job. Well he won the FA Cup, but he blew the chance for Top 4 and it'll only be saved IF Chelsea beat an awesome Bayern Munich team on their home ground. Won't happen.

Yeah I think they might lose in Munich also, but we will see.

Can't believe it's the last games of the season tomorrow, fuckin gutted.

Hope Spurs fuck up and gift Newcastle the last Champions Lg space and hopefully Bayern beat Chelsea.

Or it just be more easy for your team if Spurs and Newcastle mess up then it doesn't matter what the outcome of CL final is. Can't see Spurs losing at home to Fulham, but the magpies maybe struggle against Everton. It is still in Arsenal's hands, if they win third is theirs.

We better win is all I can say. I will be very disappointed if we don't finish 3rd because we'll either finish outside the Top 4 or have to go through the Champions League qualification games for ANOTHER season, bearing in mind if Chelsea lose at Munich.

I'd love to see Newcastle pinch 4th spot (and us 3rd obviously). I'm Australian, so to me Tottenham are only a rival of ours because they're a team challenging for the Top 4... but what a story it would be if Newcastle make the Champions League.

Yeah, but the CL qualifer is no big challenge for a side like Arsenal it is just a bit of an incovenice, but you need to nail third just because you don't know what will happen in Munich.

Predictions for the final day:

West Brom 1-2 Arsenal (RVP to nick it)
Norwich 1-1 Villa
Chelsea 4-2 Blackburn
Stoke 1-1 Bolton
Everton 1-0 Newcastle
Tottenham 3-1 Fulham
Swansea 0-0 Liverpool
Manchester City 2-0 QPR
Sunderland 1-2 Man Utd
Wigan 2-2 Wolves

SO FUCKING CLOSE. QPR winning 2-1 with 10 men into Injury Time and Dzeko scores then Aguero. We were champions and we had it taken away from us.

Unbelievable, absolutely unbelievable. That was just an absolutely crazy last day of the English Premier League!

I am so relieved that we managed to finish 3rd. We really didn't play that flash and did have 2 goals handed to us because of bad mistakes from the West Brom goalkeeper, but frankly I don't care. I would've taken any sort of victory and that's exactly what we got. Now I'll sit back and be able to watch the Champions League Final from an unbias point of view. If we finished 4th I'd obviously have been pulling for Munich to win.

Congratulations to Man City for becoming champions. Also, congrats go to the entire QPR side besides that fucking dog Joey Barton. Purely on that effort, they deserved to stay up. I really didn 't want Bolton to go down, but I didn't necessarily want QPR to go down either, but one had to and in this case it was Bolton. But seriously, I lost any respect I had for Barton when we played Newcastle in the first game of the season and now he showed his true colours once more. He won't be Captain next season, that's if he's still wanted.

Did Tevez hit him first like Barton said? You're in a strong position now, especially if Chelsea win the Champions League. Since you finished 3rd you're guaranteed a spot, and Spurs have to hope Chelsea lose to Bayern Munich to get in.

The FA will obviously suspend him for longer for kicking out at Nasri/Aguero and nearly headbutting Kompany

I was too focused on Barton, but from the replay I saw I have no idea if Tevez provoked him. All I saw was Barton swing an arm back and connect with Tevez' neck. Barton gets showed a red, pleads his case, then when he seems to have given up and begins to walk away he suddenly kicks Aguero, followed by headbutting Kompany (who surprisingly didn't collapse to the ground like they all do). Then when he's being escorted off the pitch, Balotelli had to get involved and run his mouth towards Barton, which obviously didn't help.

Either way, the guy's a disgrace and it'd be a joke if he keeps the captaincy. I wouldn't be surprised if he's axed because he'll clearly never learn his lesson and is frankly a liability.

Rumour is Barton's been sacked by QPR...

Just got back from Hawthorns, nearly shat myself when Dorrans scored for them but ANDRE SANTOS did his best Roberto Carlos impression to drag us back. Thanks Fulop btw, you played shit mate.

Gutted Man City won the title though, but it was a total fluke so who cares I guess.
