I set everyone to lower contracts, so I guess that's kind of cheating. But my entire roster left at the end of the month, so it really didn't matter.
It's no fun starting at backyard anyway. I've just set up my own promotion with a small roster and one TV show (which you kind of need) so I can actually compete with the big boys more than once a month.

I just started one with WWE after spending FOREVER on my TNA game. I only did one show so far, did the draft and put everyone where I think they should go. The only roster changes I made were firing a bunch of no name developmental guys. I hired Abyss and James Mitchell just because I can imagine them in WWE for some reason.

Credit Bill for this. Just take the DATA from the download, put it in the DATA folder of where you save your EWR, choose to update the files and then start a new game.
