I like hard boiled eggs. Scrambled eggs are alright once in a while.

Around here we have our own type of chili (which is actually more like a spaghetti sauce in consistency) and putting that in an omelet with cheddar cheese and onions is the best egg meal I've ever had.

^The whole egg/chili combination is disgusting, I've tried it.

I eat a lot of egg whites due to the gym thing but I do enjoy over easy, hard boiled...whatever... eggs are awesome.
