Who's Veku? A new Vegeta and Goku combo or something?

Veku was the failed fusion of Goku and Vegeta. He was the short incredibly fat version of Gogeta who ran out of breath after a couple of feet and only real attack was farting in Janemba's face lol. I thought he was hilarious so i had to put him on there
