Should be a battle, Derby aren't a great team but they are never ones to lie back and get beat, hopefully a good game.

Thing that worries me is that we are very inconsistent, I'll be going tomorrow and just won't know what to expect, hopefully Emnes is back after a family illness and Mowbray and Scott Mcdonald have FINALLY made up, so he might come back into the side and might put them away like he used to, managers and players should never fall out for that long.

Should be a tight game, we have a squad capable of going up this year and on our day we could, just hope we don't flop and get back to winning ways as quickly as possible.

My prediction? 2-0 to the Boro... But I was always gonna say that. :eek:tunga:

Well I hope you have fun at the game, I like to try and keep up with different leagues and championships. Derby look like a very inconsistent team to me. One week looking fantastic, next not so good.

If I'm correct they're just beneath you in the league? But have a better goal difference?

When we watched the game between Boro Vs. Blackburn I was very impressed with how your team played and Jonathan Woodgate looked very solid at the back. Hopefully you'll pick up the win.

I'll say 2-1.

Ha thanks, don't know if I can ever have fun at a Boro game though too nervous but most of the time disapointed :upset:

Yeah, they are the place below with 4 better goal difference than us unfortunately, completely agree though, they seem just like us with the inconsistency but they are true fighters, won't ever give up which is sometimes a trait I wish we possessed.

Agreed, one of the best games I've seen us play against Blackburn in the Championship I just hope we can pull off more of those performances throughout the season. Not sure if Woody is still injured, he went off injured on Saturday and I haven't heard any word since, didn't seem to bad though and hopefully not as that is one of the only positions we don't have strength in depth, and he's our captain having your captain injured is bad for any team.

I'm exactly the same way when I'm watching City, I start off nervous and once we score I'm like, "Why the hell was I nervous we're cruising"

Yeah I think Robbie Savage was saying Derby are inconsistent but they're scoring a decent amount of goals. But like you say Clough has them under a regime where they won't give up on anything, and it seems they always give 100 percent.

It was a good game, I'm glad I watched it and discussed it with you. I haven't seen anything on the Interwebs and I like to check football news regularly. Hopefully He'll be okay. I like him as a person and professional he seem's like the kind of player who just want to play football. Not for money but just play the sport.

Exactly, got me thinking you knew more about Boro than I did though lol.
Woodgate Is that now, I mean just look at him signing a pay as you play deal, money is irrelevant to him now, it's just about Boro and football to him, true professional imo.

Looking forward to Clough's reaction from the crowd as well, with his dad being a Boro legend an all, any chance I can to show respect to one of footballs greatest managers I will jump at, R.I.P Cloughie, fantastic player and manager.

Haha, I think you know about Boro than what I do. :dawg:

Completely agree, wish there was more players like Woodgate to be honest. Our payroll wouldn't be millions of pounds per week. :lol1:

Completely agree about Cloughie, I wonder what would have happened if he had more time when he had that stint at Leeds United. :obama:

Ha I better, I've had a season ticket for 7 years!

I know, it was just the wrong club at the wrong time imo, still what he did to Derby and Nottingham cement him as one of the best ever.

Anyway, going off now, love talking footy with you mate, speak to you soon. :yay:

This week's Championship action.

I'm looking forward to seeing how Blackburn play following the departure of Steve Kean, they played Forest last but we'll see in the next few games how they're going to respond. I'm also slightly invested with seeing how Blackpool do, I'm a massive fan of Ian Holloway I think he's awesome, I always wish him the best. Hopefully they'll pick up the points against Charlton.

Looking forward to seeing how Leeds United do been born in Leeds I feel like I have a little affiliation with the club, I like to keep myself updated with them despite not supporting them. El Hadj Diouf has been a cracking signing for them, I wonder if Neil Warnock is down to that or just Diouf's technique itself because I thought he was quite poor for Doncaster.

A lot of other good quality games on show, I'm sure ColeMiner will be looking forward to the possibility of his Middlesbrough side hopefully beating a very inconsistent Watford side.

Boro win again. 3 wins in 3 and 4 away wins on the trot... Don't care what league you are in, that is good.
