WWE Fires Odyssey Jones

According to Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Live, Odyssey Jones has been fired by WWE. "There has not been a press release or anything like that. But I've been told Odyssey Jones is fired. There are rumours online, also from Fightful, that it was a domestic violence allegation....

Apparently he was just flat out fired and that's why he's not even in the alumni section

I find it odd you're assuming that one day of tweeting is all this person has done when I doubt WWE fired him just because they discovered this Twitter account existed

Yeah it's a fair assumption they didn't fire the guy just because of the tweets. They had some level of investigating into the incident and when it revealed there was enough truth to the matter to know that he did something even remotely immoral they cut him.

If he was a top guy there'd be less quick to fire him but he's a new guy that was sat for over a year (makes you wonder if there was something that happened then that made them sit him).

Raw talent Odyssey Jones has been removed from the WWE's internal roster, so he is gone from the company.

It should be noted that WWE has not responded to PWInsider.com requests for a confirmation or denial on whether Odyssey Jones has been cut from the company, but it's pretty obvious he is gone.

PWInsiderElite.com reported the following yesterday afternoon:

-The removal from WWE.com was NOT a mistake.

-PWInsiderElite.com confirmed with sources in WWE creative circles that the team was conveyed a message that Jones is off the board for any future creative. No reason was given.

-There was a rumor making the rounds that Jones had been arrested in Arkansas. PWInsider.com chased down that rumor and while someone with Jones' real name, Omari Palmer, was arrested on 8/24, the age and the mugshot of that person does not line up with the Palmer who portrays Odyssey Jones. So, the arrest in Arkansas story is 100% false.

-There are other rumors about behavioral issues but PWInsiderElite.com cannot confirm or deny those rumors at this time.

-Jones was not at Raw.

-The belief among talents in the company is he is done, but no one seems to know why.​

I actually don't think we've gotten those for awhile now that you mention it. I think they've all been announced through SRS with the guys just moved to alumni on the website, they've wiped Odyssey clean from the website entirely tho
