The show will most likely have its name changed when aired in the UK if the SWA promotion sends WWE a cease and desist letter, if they were smart enough to actually file a trademark. It wouldn't surprise me if NXT doesn't have their name trademarked outside of the UK, seeing as they seem to have had no plans of operating there. WWE definitely had to know there was a promotion named NXT, because that is what you have to do when you are trying to trademark something so that nothing conflicts with existing trademarks.
