I don't know about that. I never said anything about how well he'd do, or if the match would be any good. I only disagreed with a non-wrestler getting the better of a wrestler on a wrestling show, which I will pretty much always stand by.

Not a bad show, I dug the opener and the ladder match a lot.

McAfee and Cole was way better than I expected it to be, just the set up for that ending was weird but that didn’t take any enjoyment I had otherwise.

Women’s match was solid and that main wasn’t bad either, a little slow at times but not bad. I wish Keith had got more a little more of a run with the title, but I suppose this means he’s off to the Thunderdome now and that’s a good thing.

I hope for Kross’ sake that his injury isn’t anything too serious and he doesn’t have to relinquish the title.

Honestly he may have only gotten the title in the first place because 1.) They needed something big to go down at their GAB special to complete with AEW and 2.) They already planned to bring him up and didn't want him to leave without getting that NXT Championship reign on his resume, so they gave him this little run just for the sake of it.

I guess but Keith Lee still should’ve had a longer run. I just think it makes him look weak that he can’t win his first defense.

Gargano lost it on his first defense to Adam Cole, and I’ve lost count how many times Sasha Banks has lost a singles title on her first defense.
